    Our Proprietary Technology is in various stages of development depending upon the molecule.  Some technology is at the utility patent stage with fully developed process technoogy ready for transfer to a commercial-scale plant while other processes could be as early as a provisional patent application based upon laboratory proof-of-concept and ready for process scale-up.

Our Proprietary Technology typically follows the steps below:
          Identify Suitable Manufacturing Process;
          Laboratory Proof-of-Concept;
          Development and Supply Agreement (Service Based);
·         Process Technology Transfer to Production Plant;
·         Supply of Advanced Intermediate or API.

      For those projects that have completed the laboratory proof-of-concept, we typically enter into a service-based contract for the scale-up and subsequent technology transfer to the production at the appropriate scale to support the product needs in either early-stage or later-stage clinical trials.  For late-stage clinicals and product launch, we transfer the technology to the commercial-scale palant and either supply the API under a supply agreement or license the technology to the production plant for a technology fee and royalty in production.
